Holds an MBA degree in business administration (major in financing) and a B.A. in business administration (major in accounting, with merit), from Tel Aviv University and from the College of Management, comprehensively.David is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants.He owns a professional experience in finance management, financial and economic advisory, accounting, due-diligence process management, internal control of financial statements disclosure in compliancy with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.David is a graduate of PricewaterhouseCoopers accounting firm in Israel, served as an audit manager.In addition to his expertise, David was also a member of the academic staff of the business administration faculty at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, of the Lander Institute, Jerusalem and a faculty member at Tel Aviv academic College of Management, business administration school.
